Important Note: We understand and will make exceptions to either policy for extenuating circumstances; accidents, documented illnesses, tragic events, etc. Notification must be made within a reasonable time after an incident occurs. Supporting, legitimate documentation will be requested on your behalf as good will.
Special Notice: We prioritize your safety and thus reserve the right to modify trips due to extreme weather or other unpredictable events. If we need to end your tour due to weather before completing more than half of the Classic or Extreme course, we will either reschedule your group or provide a gift certificate valid for one year from the original date of your trip. If your tour exceeds more than half of either course, it is considered a complete tour, and we will not provide refunds. In case of lightning, we will delay tours for up to one hour to wait for the storm to pass. If, after one hour, the storm persists, we will adhere to the procedures described above.
